Transform acute shortage

4Dynamics is aware that there is an acute shortage of skilled people within Dynamics. We realize that the Microsoft Partner Network is required to hire a large number of people globally to assure the growth of the product and delivery of projects.

These are some of the ways we work with Microsoft to assist in some areas of the Channel recruitment.

ERP/CRM Cross Training

4Dynamics has researched the non-Dynamics ERP and CRM candidate pool for a number of years. From our findings, we believe that approximately 45% of non-Dynamics candidates are at least interested in hearing more about the opportunity to move into a role with Dynamics AX, NAV or CRM. When actually pushed into making a decision about whether to go ahead with training and job interviews, we find that 30% of candidates are keen to move ahead. These people come from a large range of ERP/CRM backgrounds such as SAP and Oracle or small bespoke systems.

Our database currently holds approximately 18,000 non-Dynamics ERP and 5,000 non-Dynamics CRM consultants globally. They are based in a variety of ERP/CRM systems and in various nations. Through our understanding of the exact requirements of the Dynamics needs now and in the future, we are entirely confident in our ability to source even more people.

Industry Experienced Candidates

We have identified a large number of people globally who work as users of Microsoft Dynamics or other similar ERP systems. We are in contact with a number of accountants using Dynamics who aree interested in becoming consultants - and with people from the manufacturing industry who are interested in cross-training to Dynamics. From our research we have found that over 40% of such profiles are very keen to hear more about moving into a consultancy role.

They are either currently skilled in Dynamics, rival products or other software suites. We have also identified a number of industry skilled sales people, who are keen to move into software.

Graduate Recruitment

4Dynamics are keen to work with any graduates who have studied Dynamics at schools and universities. At the moment, many people have been introduced to the skill as part of their syllabus, and are at risk of being lost to Dynamics. We are eager to tie some of these people up with partners, who are happy to recruit graduates.
