Contract to Hire/Temp to Perm

Your requirements - our methods

4Dynamics has been offering the option of Temp to Perm to our clients for over 10 years in UK, Finland and Denmark. The rationale behind it is to be able to offer clients and candidates alike options of ‘try before you buy’. This is in particular applicable if the individual is coming from overseas and there are considerations such as work permits, flights, accommodation, bank accounts etc to be taken into account.

We try to offer a ‘one-stop shop’ approach – ie; we will try and identify the resource either locally or overseas and employ the individual for a period of time – be it 6 to 12 months or longer. Within this period the client has the opportunity to hire on a full time basis if they want to or indeed the individual remains as our employee. 

Advantages to this may be:

  1. Where the client has a project for a defined period and so perhaps does not know for sure whether they would want to employ on a long-term basis but has the option should they wish to;
  2. Where the client does not want to get involved in handling any applicable immigration or relocation costs or logistics
  3. Where the client wants to see whether the individual is going to be a long-term fit for them
  4. Where there is an insufficient properly qualified staff available in the right time span through the local employment pool
  5. Where the client has no budget to hire immediately, this option can allow the client to take on now with the option to hire at some point in the future
