4Dynamics are aware that there is an acute shortage of skilled people within Dynamics and that the Microsoft Partner Network will be required to hire a large number of people globally to assure the growth of the product and delivery of projects. 

Below are some ideas as to how 4Dynamics work with Microsoft to assist in some of the Channel recruitment. 

ERP Cross Training

4Dynamics have been researching the non-Dynamics ERP and CRM candidate pool for a number of years. From our research we believe that approximately 45% of non-Dynamics candidates are at least interested in hearing more about the opportunity to move into a role with Dynamics AX, NAV or CRM. When actually pushed in making a decision about whether to go ahead with training and job interviews we find that 30% of candidates are keen to move ahead. These people have come from a large range of ERP/CRM backgrounds from SAP and Oracle through to small bespoke systems.  

We currently have a database of approximately 18000 non-Dynamics ERP and 5000 non-Dynamics CRM consultants globally. These are based in all types of ERP/CRM systems and from various nations, however with a further understanding of the exact requirements of the Dynamics needs now and the forthcoming years we are entirely confident in our ability to source more people.

Industry Experienced Candidates 

We have identified a large number of people globally who work as users of Microsoft Dynamics or other similar ERP systems. For example we are in contact with a number of accountants who use Dynamics who would be interested in becoming a consultant, or people who work in the manufacturing industry who would be interested to cross-train into Dynamics. From our research we have found that over 40% of these types ofprofiles are very keen to hear more about moving into a Consultancy.

4Dynamics have identified a number of people with Software Sales skills based globally who are interested in new roles. These are people who are either currently skilled in Dynamics, rival products or other Software suites. Also there are a number of industry skilled sales people who are keen to move into software.

4Dynamics are keen to work with any graduates who have studied Dynamics at Schools and Universities, at the moment there are many people who have been introduced to the skill as part of their syllabus who are being lost to Dynamics. We would be keen to tie some of these people up with partners who are happy to recruit graduates.
